Description:
AMSA Healthcare is seeking a competent and experienced HR Executive to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience along with hands-on knowledge of other HR functions, playing a vital role in attracting top talent and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Assist with payroll processing and leave management
Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws
Contribute to performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
3-5 years of HR experience with proven recruitment expertise
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
