1. Employee pre-joining documentations 2. Issuance of visit visa, tickets, documentations and follow-ups 3. International and local recruitments 4. Verifying monitoring attendance 5. Leaves and leave salaries eligibilities 6. Performance appraisal and reviews, probation period confirmation 7. Day to day issues and grievance 8. Loans, salary advance approvals and confirmations from directors 9. Renewals of visa, passport, labor contracts and follow ups 10. Visa cancellations, terminations and employee exits and follow ups 11. Final settlements and issuance of voucher 12. Additions, deletions, deductions, fines, allowances, commissions to be verified and reconcile 13. Monthly Payrolls 14. Issuance of vouchers for cheque 15. Coordinate with Legal and PR team for documentations for employee related issues. 16. Insurance issuance, documentations, claims and refund for employees 17. Tenancy contract and license renewal documentations, negotiations and approvals 18. Filing and Documentations 19 Follow up renewals with Public relation teams (Tenancy Contracts and licenses). 20. Keeping tracks and usage of company stamps, letterheads and licenses copies. 21. Payments 22. Handling petty cash Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Ability to Commute:
