Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Administration Objectives:

• Ensure answering all the Employees\' verification emails.
• Preparing all the employees\' letters that are requested through the HR Portal.
• Make sure all information on Success Factors (HR System) are updated.
• Handling EDENRED Salary Cards Day to day upon request).
• Day to Day Medical Insurance Requests.
• Handling the HR Portal, actioning the employees\' requests and assigning the other requests to the concerned teammate.

Onboarding Objectives:

• Handling the Pre-Joining steps for the new hires including:
• Sending welcome email instruction.
• Making sure the Laptop and Desk are ready.
• Hiring all the new joiners on Success Factors HR System.
• Making sure issuing Aramex ID, Gate Pass (whenever needed) for the new hire.
• Handling the Medical Insurance Addition for the new hires.

Other Objectives:

• Handling all issues related to the Truck Drivers in Aramex UAE, including:
• Creating a position on SF upon request.
• Hiring them on Success Factors.
• Ordering EDENRED Salary Cards for the new driver.

Key Skills:

• Good knowledge in Aramex Products and Policy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle conflicts.
• Ability to convey knowledge and provide training
• Good communication skills - Working across multiple projects, communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
• A team player that can offer support to other team members and has the confidence to ask for assistance when needed.
• Innovative and creative - developing new ideas that would take the business into the highest level of service excellence.
• Driving license is preferred.
