Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR policies and procedures, drive recruitment efforts, and contribute to a positive and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.
    • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees\xe2\x80\x99 HR-related queries and concerns.
    • Mediate and resolve employee disputes or conflicts.
    • Support the implementation of performance management and employee development programs.
  • Benefits and Compensation:
    • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance and leave policies.
    • Assist in the annual salary review and bonus processes.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
    • Support career development initiatives for employees.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics:
    • Prepare HR reports and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends.
    • Maintain HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
    • Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial or professional services industry.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
