The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. This position reports directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Employee Relations:

• Cultivate a positive work culture that aligns with the company\'s values and mission.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and professionally.
• Implement strategies to boost employee morale and engagement.

Performance Management:

• Design and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and development.
• Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees at all levels.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with UAE regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records.

HR Policies and Compliance:

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour laws and company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and keep abreast of any legal changes.

Health and Safety:

• Implement health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

HR Reporting:

• Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Analyse data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
