Job Summary: Looking for HR Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings
• Carry out interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
• Support smooth onboarding processes for new hires
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee satisfaction and retention
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, as well as recognition programs
• Handle documentation for new hires, terminations, promotions, as well as other personnel changes
• Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, as well as conflicts in a fair and confidential manner
• Support the development of performance improvement plans and goal-setting activities
• Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback is given to employees
• Compile HR-related data and generate reports for management review
• Identify training needs across the organization and coordinate training sessions or workshops
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Should hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field of study
• Experience in this field required
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, as well as regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a good problem solver
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
