Job Description

Perfect Company is seeking a highly motivated and talented HR Executive to join our dynamic human resources team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization\'s growth and success by implementing effective HR strategies and practices. Your main responsibility will be to handle various HR functions, foster a positive work environment, and support our employees\' professional development.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection process.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.

Employee Relations and Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employees\' queries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Promote a positive work culture and foster a sense of belonging among employees.
Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company-wide events.

Performance Management:
Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems to monitor employees\' progress and development.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
Work with leadership to identify opportunities for employee growth and skill development.

HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data accuracy and maintain employee records.

Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and collaborate with managers to arrange relevant training programs.
Monitor and track employees\' training progress and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.

HR Analytics and Reporting:
Generate HR-related reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Maintain HR metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce and HR initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Sound knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
