Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (some positions may require additional qualifications or certifications) Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Executive Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, practices, and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software applications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle tight deadlines Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations (as applicable) Professional HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) may be preferred or required based on the position and organization.
