Job Summary: Looking for HR Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Support management through providing human resources advice, counsel as well as making decisions
Maintain a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Handle the recruitment and selection process
Review training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Come up with fair HR policies and make sure employees understand and comply with them
Undertake any other relevant tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors/Master\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline
Practical experience in the same or similar role required
Must be people oriented and results driven
Strong knowledge of the UAE labor law and HR best practices required
Must be familiar with HR systems and databases
