- Support with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. - Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees\' records. - Support the recruitment process by identifying candidates. - Carry out orientations and update records of new staff. - Produce and submit reports on HR activity. - Carry out Performance evaluation process - Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects. - Support other assigned functions. - Remain up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills. - Ability to meet tight deadlines. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Minimum 4 years of UAE experience. - Has to have experience with the HRIS Solution - WorkDay (Mandate). - Should have good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint. - Multi-tasker.
