Position Description Job Title: HR Executive Reporting Into: Head of Human Resources Direct Reports: NA Location: Dubai, UAE Job Objective: To assist with the day-to-day Human Resource functions by providing administrative support to achieve the department objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Administering and processing payrolls.
Assist with completing Immigration and Labour department documentation for all employees related to issuance and renewals of visas and work permits.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
Maintaining attendance records, including sick and annual leaves.
Coordinate with the PRO on various government related transactions.
Manage the upkeep and maintenance issues for the company provided staff accommodations.
Manage visa applications for overseas projects.
Flight bookings for staff travelling on annual leave.
Assist with recruitment by conducting initial screenings of applicants.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced working knowledge of Excel.
Good knowledge of UAE labour laws.
Honest, dependable and ethical. With a positive go getter attitude.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
Graduate or Diploma preferably with specialization in Human Resources.
Experience of atleast 3 to 4 years at a similar level in Human Resources within the GCC.
Well versed with WPS payroll processing and payroll administration.
