Recruit, hire staff and manage the recruitment and selection process Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Organize and approve all staff leave including annual leave, sick leave
Ensure effective communication between departments and proactive resolution of staff concerns
Exceptional knowledge of employee relations
Comprehensive understanding of MOHRE, UAE Labor Laws
Handle all on and offboarding Requirements Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years HR experience
