Job Description

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This vacancy will suit for the candidate with the passion and commitment to build career path and grow into HR & Administration roles.
  • Your main duties will include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and on boarding guides) and updating internal databases.
  • Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Organize and maintain personnel records. Update and following up internal databases.
  • Prepare and support basic HR documents - salary certificates, NOC letters, new hire, resignation guides and other documents related to employees' welfare.
  • Support recruitment process by posting vacancies, arranging the interviews, follow up candidates about results and stages of interviews, giving the feedback's, track the records about recruitment stages.
  • Coordinating on visa application/renewal, labor card and Emirates ID application, collection of required documents, labor contract formalities, insurance cards and visa stamping.
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Liaise with external partners, like medical insurance vendors, travel agents and embassies in order to support company processes.
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
  • Writing the organization announcements, support in external and internal communications
  • Arrange travel accommodations, flights booking and process expense forms
  • Participate in HR projects (support in organizing company events, Performance Development Process Cycle, Safe and Healthy projects, Training & Development, Hiring & Adaptation)

  • Good knowledge in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience: 1 - 3 years in UAE
Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Al Rigga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
  • HR: 2 years (Required)
Language:
  • ENGLISH , HINDI , URDU. (Preferred)
