Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage HR operations across the region and be key liaison with HRSS, payroll and other functions · Issue and maintain proper HR reporting, analyse date and align different stakeholders on key actions · Capture feedback and suggest improvements in systems and processes as required · Drive the compliance and consistence across various HR activities · Manage all HR activities with vendors · Provide advice and assistance to line managers and associates to ensure that a sound and practical day-to-day people management approach is adopted. · Ensure that all requests for HR services, ranging from enquiries on HR policies and procedures to requests for advice on daily people management issues, are provided in the most efficient and effective manner. · Lead employee engagement and experience across region in coordination with Talent manager QUALIFICATION · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management or other related disciplines. · 1-5 Years of HR relevant experience in multinational companies. · Strong HR knowledge of labor laws and relevant legal environment is a must · Excellent English & Arabic (desired) · Highly motivated, confident, and outgoing with the ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment. · Detailed oriented, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment · Excellent analytical, data reporting skills #LI-CTSAPAC Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Travel: No
