The Role
Position Title: HR Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: An international French fine dining restaurant in the UAE : \xe2\x80\xa2 Help develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing annually / half yearly /Quarterly /monthly/weekly reports related to HR Operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and update various HR policies and processes like joining process, exit process, promotion, and leaves. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update process documents for HR \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepared Performance Evaluation of employees \xe2\x80\xa2 Schedule and arrange training programs while coordinating with department head. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with the department heads to gather talent requirements and define job positions.
Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Female, 38 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of experience in the similar role in UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with hospitality or F&B background
