Plan, lead, coordinate, and execute policies, processes, projects, and surveys to meet human resource compliance and organizational strategy needs.
Analysis of job positions and definition and evaluation of profiles.
Planning and design of the selection process.
Writing and publishing job offers, including CV screening and conducting interviews.
Accompany and advise the technical and management team in the final selection processes.
Planning and support in onboarding.
Promote employer engagement within the company.
Create and implement best practices for hiring and personnel management.

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and Management or similar.
Previous experience of at least 3 years in HR departments
Ability to build trust and drive commitment among team members
Promote a culture of trust, commitment, honesty and integrity in the team
High english level
