As HR Director you'll be responsible for:
- Lead and inspire a team of 40+ HR professionals across multiple business units
- Oversee recruitment, training, employee development, & welfare programs
- Promote a people-first culture that values collaboration, growth, & long-term success
- Champion Emirati talent development & foster a high-performance culture
- Drive HR strategy aligned with business KPIs, annual performance goals, & operational excellence
- Implement structured HR processes across the portfolio with a focus on scalability & consistency
- UAE-based with solid experience in the region's corporate hospitality/ catering/ FMCG/ Tech/ Healthcare sectors with leading brands
- Proven ability to manage large HR teams & complex, multi-entity operations
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
- Passionate about building culture, driving performance, and developing people
