As our HR Development and Communication Officer you will be in charge of Talent Management activities and internal communication under the supervision of the HR Director for Morocco.

Recruitment process:, operational positions and temporary workers

Managing unsolicited applications

Career management (career interviews and succession planning). Internal mobility

Managing performance review process

Managing HR ad hoc projects (My Voice, Citizen at work)...

Managing internal communication: intranet, newsletters, events, announcement

Implementation of the annual social plan

Are you a MATCH?

Educational

Bachelor or Master degree in HR management or equivalent

Fluent in French and English Experience

3 years experience in an industrial environment

Competencies Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrable ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation A hospitality mindset with a desire to exceed client expectations Organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills Ability to anticipate and adjust for roadblocks and setbacks Knowledge of Morocco Labour Law and Government Relations Excellent presentation skills Proficiency in Google Workspace tools Ability to maintain discretion and confidence
