Job Responsibilities:
Develop, motivate and lead your employees to achieve their personal sales and development goals via monthly follow-up meetings and annual employee development interviews. Responsible for all store HR and ensuring an open, friendly and inclusive working environment. Responsible for recruitment of new talent, onboarding, retention and possibly terminations. Development, implementation and follow-up of quarterly action plans. Keep yourself and the team updated on all information from various communication platforms.Job Requirements:
You have extensive experience from a management position, preferably within retail. You have a hands-on mentality and know how to take the lead in all types of tasks. You have experience in putting together and developing a team, and along the way creating good results. You are good at communicating and motivating your employees. You are proactive, take ownership and work in a structured way. You have a good ability to plan, carry out and follow up tasks at home. You are not afraid to delegate, but are also happy to take part in the tasks yourself. You speak and write English at a minimum conversational level.
