. This role will be responsible for coordinating all administrative aspects of employee documentation, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and labor legislation, and supporting overall HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end visa, work permit, and residency processes for expatriate employees (VOSA processing).
Ensure all work permits, visas, and other legal documentation are acquired and renewed in a timely manner.
Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and government regulations affecting employment.
Ensure company compliance with local labor laws, including contracts, disciplinary procedures, and terminations.
Act as a point of contact with labor authorities and immigration departments.
Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding and offboarding documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in accordance with data protection laws.
Assist with HR audits and ensure documentation is compliant with legal and internal standards.
Support payroll processing with correct visa and employment status details.
Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate employee relocation and international transfers.
Provide general HR support including employee relations, benefits administration, and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR, with specific exposure to
VISA processes
and
labor law compliance
.
Strong knowledge of [insert country] immigration and labor laws.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
