We are looking for a highly organized and experienced
Incharge for our PRO (Public Relations Officer) Section
within the HR Department. The ideal candidate must have
a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience
in managing visa and labor-related processes within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all visa processing and labor affairs efficiently in coordination with UAE government entities including:
GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs)
ICP (Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship)
MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation)
Ensure timely application, renewal, and cancellation of employment visas, Emirates ID, labor cards, etc.
Handle online portals and submissions related to immigration and labor systems.
Maintain accurate records of all employee documentation, including visa and labor files.
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Monitor changes in local labor and immigration laws and update the HR department accordingly.
Provide guidance and assistance to staff regarding UAE regulations and processes.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
in PRO/Visa Processing.
Strong working knowledge of GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE procedures and online portals.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Well-versed in document control, reporting, and HR support operations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
