We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple processes, and is passionate about delivering a great employee experience -- from recruitment and onboarding to daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Screen and shortlist CVs based on role requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment trackers.
Support the preparation of offer letters and related documentation.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
Support induction sessions and ensure smooth documentation and system updates.
Act as the point of contact for new joiners during their initial period.
HR Operations & Coordination
Partner with internal teams (Finance, IT, Admin, etc.) to support onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain HR records, files, and reports.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Handle day-to-day HR coordination tasks and respond to employee queries.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or generalist roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with HR systems or ATS preferred.
Positive, approachable attitude with a passion for people and culture.
