Assist in payroll processing for all staff.
Initiate employment requisitions and develop job descriptions.
Coordinate recruitment: screening, interviewing, background checks.
Support HR projects, staff welfare initiatives, and colleague engagement activities.
Assist with coordinating training sessions and HR programs.
Maintain filing systems, prepare correspondence (memos, reports).
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, performance, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and UAE employment laws.
Generate HR data reports for management.
Requirements / Qualifications:
The required 1 years of experience or educational degree (it allows freshers).
Must handle confidential employee data and communicate professionally. (Implied in duties.)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills would be important given the role responsibilities.
