Job Description

Job Purpose Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling. Qualifications 1. Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant courses 2. Desirable Bachelor Degree 3. Experience as an HR Coordinator in healthcare 4. Experience in Licensing, Labor, Visa System 5. Has excellent observation, oral and written communications kills. 6. Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision. 7. Dependable, organized, flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff. 1.1. Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations 1.2. Identify training and development opportunities 1.3. Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities 1.4. Process employee requests for outside training while complying with Policies and Procedures. 1.5. Provide basic counselling to staff who have performance related obstacles 1.6. Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans 1.7. Provide staff orientations 2. Monitor staff performance and attendance activities. 2.1. Monitor daily attendance. 2.2. Investigate and understand causes for staff absences. 2.3. Provide basic counselling to staff that have performance related obstacles. 2.4. Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions. 2.5. Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services. 2.6. Inform affected staff or residents of unexpected absences from work and coordinate actions ensuring the continuity of services such as cancellation of events and locating keys. 3. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff. 3.1. Provide advice and assistance to mangers and supervisors on staff recruitment 3.2. Conduct exit interviews 3.3. Employment contracts 3.4. Arrange Visa for all employees 3.5. Arrange employee ID for all employees 3.6. Responsible for HAAD licencing system and renewal of licenses 3.7. Prepare all documents for and work closely with PRO 3.8. Arrange medical insurance for all employees 3.9. Developing an induction programme for new employees 3.10. Create emails and assist the employee to access it 3.11. Conduct cancelation or resignation procedures of employee after management approvals 4. Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues. 4.1. Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures 4.2. Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems 4.3. Explain and provisions of the personnel policy. 4.4. Explain employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation, labour standards and Fair Practice Act. 4.5. Attend management meetings to provide information, when necessary. 5. Providing administrative support as required. 6. Perform other related duties as required.
