Job Description
Our client is seeking an HR Coordinator who will be responsible for the implementation of Human Resources Policies and Procedures in the areas of recruitment, employee benefits, employee relations, training and development.
Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Process personnel requisitions and transfers. Coordinates with department heads for their required manning.
\xe2\x80\x93 Conducts preliminary screening, interviewing and testing of job applicants, Schedules interviews with the requisitioning department head and the Human Resources Manager, sees to the final requirements of short-listed candidates in proceeding with their recruitment process.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensures that new hires comply with all pre-employment requirements, such as availability of documents for visa processing.
\xe2\x80\x93 Handles the preparation of employment contracts for successful candidates, and ensures immediate notification of employees whom are due for renewal visa.
\xe2\x80\x93 Prepares and takes charge of additions to payroll changes, requests for payroll changes such as promotions, transfers, resignations or terminations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintains and controls confidential Human Resources records and documents.
\xe2\x80\x93 Implements and ensures the success of employees\' social and recreational activities, and other employee welfare and relations packages, as directed by superior.
\xe2\x80\x93 Performs other duties that maybe assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
Job Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication in English.
\xe2\x80\x93 Should have worked in the hospitality industry.
\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledgeable in computer skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 Below 30 years of age.
\xe2\x80\x93 Female candidates are preferred for the role.
\xe2\x80\x93 Candidate should be immediately available to join and be based in UAE.
