We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / HR Officer to support day-to-day human resource operations for our healthcare clinics. The role involves managing HR administrative functions, employee lifecycle processes, compliance with UAE labor laws, and coordination with government and regulatory authorities. Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening CVs, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation, orientation, and system access
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
Maintain recruitment trackers and employee files
2. Employee Records & HR Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files (physical & digital)
Manage employee contracts, amendments, renewals, and confirmations
Update HR systems with employee data, leave records, and attendance
