Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / HR Officer to support day-to-day human resource operations for our healthcare clinics. The role involves managing HR administrative functions, employee lifecycle processes, compliance with UAE labor laws, and coordination with government and regulatory authorities. Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening CVs, interview scheduling, and offer coordination

Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation, orientation, and system access

Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements

Maintain recruitment trackers and employee files

2. Employee Records & HR Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files (physical & digital)

Manage employee contracts, amendments, renewals, and confirmations

Update HR systems with employee data, leave records, and attendance

Prepare HR letters (offer letters, warning letters, NOCs, experience letters, etc.)

3. Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management

Coordinate attendance, overtime, and leave records

Support payroll processing by providing accurate monthly data

Handle employee queries related to salary, leave balances, and deductions

4. Compliance & Government Relations

Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies

Coordinate with MOH, DHA, DOH, and other healthcare regulatory bodies for staff licensing and renewals

Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor-related documentation

Coordinate with PROs and external agencies as required

5. Performance Management & Employee Relations

Support performance appraisal processes and documentation

Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations

Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives

6. HR Policies & Audits

Support implementation and adherence to HR policies and SOPs

Assist during internal and external audits (HR, ISO, healthcare compliance)

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data

7. Training & Development

Coordinate mandatory trainings (BLS, infection control, compliance training, etc.)

Maintain training records and certification tracking

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience :

2-5 years of experience in HR coordination or HR operations

Healthcare / clinic / hospital experience preferred

UAE experience is mandatory

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law

Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with HRMS systems is an advantage

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
