Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating introductions to the team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
Support performance management processes by tracking probation periods, evaluations, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
Assist in maintaining compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed for management and regulatory authorities.
Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Preferably , a female Arabic-speaking candidate.
