Hr Coordinator
Job Description
Fast Fixer Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced HR Specialist / HR Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid HR experience within the UAE, preferably in the construction or contracting field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, contracts, and internal memos.
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll support.
- Support management with HR reports and performance evaluation processes.
- Liaise with PRO for visa processing and government-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Previous experience in construction/contracting is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR policies, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and support management needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
