Key Responsibilities
Assist with
employee visa processing
, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
Support with
DMCC portal tasks
, such as uploading documents, preparing forms, and checking application statuses.
Coordinate
Emirates ID appointments
, medical tests, and onboarding paperwork.
Maintain employee files, records, and simple HR databases.
Support with preparing offer letters, basic HR forms, and internal documents.
Assist with attendance tracking, leave records, and other HR admin tasks.
Communicate with employees regarding required documents or process updates.
Handle general office and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Basic understanding of UAE visa processes (DMCC experience is a must).
0-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or visa support.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Organized, reliable, and willing to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and manage simple tasks independently.
