HR & Recruitment Coordinator
to manage the essential administrative, documentation, and coordination functions of our Human Resources Department.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will focus heavily on documentation accuracy, coordination, and routine HR processes:
Manpower Coordination & Approval:
Coordinate directly with site management to confirm their specific manpower and staff requirements. Prepare the necessary documentation and secure internal approval in the office before commencing recruitment or deployment.
Recruitment Coordination:
Manage the administrative side of the full hiring cycle, including preparing job posts, candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, conducting initial candidate screening, and drafting formal Offer Letters.
Leave & Deployment Management:
Accurately track and manage the leave management system. Coordinate employee deployment and mobilization paperwork, liaising between the office and site operations.
Clerical Monitoring & Documentation:
Maintain, monitor, and update all personnel records, employee files, and HR databases, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance.
Internal Communications:
Prepare and distribute official internal documents such as Memos, announcements, and routine policy communications.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a clerical or coordination role within HR Administration or Recruitment, preferably in the
construction, electromechanical, or engineering sector
.
Specific Skills:
High proficiency in documentation and clerical management
with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) and experience with HRIS systems.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with site teams and drafting professional memos and official letters.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
