Job Description

Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role ensures smooth HR processes, compliance with UAE labor laws, and effective employee relations while focusing on Emiratization initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and culturally aware.
Key Responsibilities: * Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for Emirati talent (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation, training).
  • Ensure compliance with Emiratization quotas and related policies.
  • Employee Records & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate employee records (both digital and physical) as per UAE labor laws.
  • Process visas, work permits, and Emirates ID renewals for local employees.
  • Handle employee contracts, amendments, and terminations.
  • Government Relations:
  • Liaise with MOHRE, Tanmia, and other UAE government entities for HR-related matters.
  • Submit reports (e.g., Emiratization, WPS, pension schemes like GPSSA).
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and labor rights.
  • Support performance management and probation reviews.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives aligned with Emirati culture.
  • HR Administration:
  • Manage leave requests, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in HR audits and compliance checks.
  • Prepare HR letters (NOCs, experience certificates, etc.).
  • Training & Development:
  • Coordinate training programs for Emirati employees (e.g., UAE National Development plans).
  • Track participation and progress in upskilling initiatives.
Nationality: Must be a UAE National (mandatory).
