We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
knowledge in Hiring Blue collars.
Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
Manage employee relations, address inquiries, and assist in conflict resolution.
Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy of employee data.
Assist in HR projects such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support HR administration tasks, including documentation and reporting.
Keep tab on visa requirements, filing and all the other processes.
Leave management
Handle and resolve labour-related issues and concerns promptly
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of minimum experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or Coordinator in the
construction sector within the UAE
.
Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
