Job Description

Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal skills to support employees and HR initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and organizing orientation sessions.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
HR Administration & Compliance:
  • Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical files).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with HR audits and reporting.
  • Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, terminations).
