We are seeking an energetic and proactive HR Coordinator (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations and driving smooth organizational processes.Key Responsibilities:Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR record management.Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee files and HR documentation.Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient HR workflows and compliance with company standards.Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and reporting. Requirements:2-3 years of proven HR experience (construction or industrial sector experience preferred).Gulf experience, particularly within the UAE, is an advantage.Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is highly preferred.Proficiency in Hindi is required.Must be available to join immediately.
