We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of visa processes and general HR operations. This role will support day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, documentation, employee coordination, and visa-related support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
Support with visa applications, renewals, and coordination with PRO
Handle HR documentation, letters, and filing
Coordinate internal communication and employee engagement activities
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 year of experience in HR support or administration
Basic knowledge of visa processing in the UAE
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
UAE Driving Licence Must

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
