Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

HR Coordinator

to join our growing car care business in Dubai. The Ideal candidate will bring strategic vision and hands-on leadership to manage our people operations, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:



01. Recruitment and Onboarding



Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.

02. Employee Relations



Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. Foster a positive workplace environment by supporting team-building activities and resolving minor employee conflicts. Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with the company culture.

03. Training and Development



Schedule and Coordinate training programs for employees, including technical, safety, and soft skills training. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with industry regulation and standards.

04. Payroll and Benefits Administration



Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Manage employee attendance records, leave applications, and time sheets. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and related inquiries.

05. Compliance and Reporting



Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements. Prepare and submit HR reports and metrics to management.

06. General Administrative Support



Organize and maintain HR- related documentation and databases. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed. Prepare and manage new hire documentation, contracts, and employee files. Facilitate onboarding processes and orientation for new employees.

Qualifications and Skills



Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) 1+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the automotive or service industry. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict- resolutions skills. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
