Job Description
This is a full-time role for an HR Coordinator located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
In charge of all Technicians/Laborers related concerns
Overseas recruitment planning & arrangement (Technicians/Laborers)
Manpower allocation (Site Requirements, Deployment, Site Transfers)
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Requirements:
Proven experience as HR Coordinator/HR Officer in a construction company
Must have UAE experience
