We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Responsibilities
o? ?Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
o? ?Provide counseling on policies and procedures
o? ?Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
o? ?Create and implement effective onboarding plans
o? ?Develop training and development programs
o? ?Assist in performance management processes
o? ?Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
o? ?Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
o? ?Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
o? ?Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
o? ?Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
o? ?Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
o? ?Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
o? ?Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
o? ?Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
o? ?Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
o? ?Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
o? ?Assist colleagues whenever necessary
o? ?Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
o? ?Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
o? ?Excellent organizational and leadership skills
o? ?Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
o? ?Should have experience in company/Business formation.
o? ?Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two.
o? ?Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Entry Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor; Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.
o? ?Should be capable to process Company liquidations and Business set ups in time frame.
o? ?Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations
o? ?Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all government-related jobs to Business Licenses
Requirements and skills
o? ?Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, and PRO Assistant
o? ?Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
o? ?Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
o? ?Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
o? ?Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
o? ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o? ?Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
o? ?Strong ethics and reliability
o? ?BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
