Core Requirements
Proven HR coordination experience within
catering/hospitality operations
Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
and HR compliance standards
Hands-on experience in
CV sourcing, screening, and shortlisting
Drafting and issuing
offer letters
, managing approvals, and candidate
follow-ups
End-to-end
recruitment coordination
, from requisition to onboarding
Maintaining and updating
recruitment databases
, trackers, and personnel records
Strong coordination with operations to meet manpower timelines
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and process discipline
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience
in
catering or equivalent hospitality operations
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in HR operations
, preferably in high-volume manpower settings
