Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and documentation
Handle visa, insurance, and contract processing
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Support payroll and attendance tracking
Draft HR-related letters (offer, warning, termination, etc.)
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR/Admin
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is a plus
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Fluent in English (Hindi is a Must)
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 3000 - 3500
Other Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law
