: Organizing bilingual workshops and professional development sessions.
Documentation & Compliance
: Maintaining accurate records in Arabic and English, including contracts, memos, and legal notices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency
: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Education
: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
: Prior HR experience in a school or educational setting is often preferred.
Cultural Awareness
: Understanding of local customs and school environments in the UAE.
Tech Savvy
: Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
Inspection Readiness & Coordination
Ensure all HR documentation (contracts, staff qualifications, training records) aligns with inspection standards.
Collaborate with school leadership to prepare for KHDA, ADEK, or MoE inspections.
Maintain up-to-date staff files, safeguarding policies, and compliance reports.
Staff Compliance & Development
Monitor teacher licensing, visa status, and professional development requirements.
Organize training aligned with inspection indicators (e.g. inclusion, innovation, safeguarding).
Policy & Procedure Alignment
Draft and enforce HR policies that reflect UAE School Inspection Framework standards.
Support school self-evaluation processes by contributing HR data and insights.
Communication & Reporting
Act as liaison between inspectors and school staff during inspection visits.
Prepare bilingual reports (Arabic/English) for internal and external stakeholders.
