We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Coordinator
to support day-to-day HR operations in our transportation company. This is an
entry-level position

who are eager to start their career in Human Resources. Strong
English and Hindi language proficiency is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
Coordinate joining formalities for drivers, attendants, and office staff
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Support visa, labor card, and ID documentation coordination
Assist in preparing HR letters such as offer letters, warning letters, and acknowledgments
Coordinate uniform, ID card, and equipment distribution
Maintain attendance and basic HR reports
Act as a communication link between employees and management
Handle general HR administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Fluency in English and Hindi - Mandatory
Freshers are welcome; prior HR experience is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Well-organized and willing to learn
