Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and conduct new hire orientations.
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
Assist in benefits administration and payroll coordination.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Help organize training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Support HR data reporting, audits, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices preferred.

Duty Hours
: 9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law
