Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and general HR administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and exiting employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Assist in organizing training sessions, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics, as needed.
Coordinate with PRO or relevant authorities for visa, labor card, and other documentation processes.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in an HR support or coordination or admin role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion with confidential information.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws is an advantage.
Willingness to take on additional duties or tasks as assigned by management, even if they fall outside the primary scope of the role.
Demonstrates flexibility and a positive attitude in supporting cross-functional teams and assisting with company-wide initiatives.
Ready to adapt to changing priorities and company needs in a dynamic work environment.
