Minimum 1-5 years of experience in HR role.
Excellent knowledge & hands-on experience in:
Core HR areas:
HR operational procedures
Payroll administration (ERP)
Costing & budgeting
MIS Reporting
Compensation & Benefits
Performance management
Trainings & development
Employees Visa & health insurance processing (highly preferred)
ERP/Web HR system configuration & implementation
Qualification & Certification:
Bachelors/ Master in business administration or related field with specialization in Human Resources (degree should be attested from MOFA)
Professional HRM Certification - highly preferred
Other Requitements:
Bilingual - (English & Hindi) Mandatory
Proficient in MS Advance Excel and using HRIS / ERPs
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Smart, confident, ability to work with minimal supervision
Flexible and ability to work under pressure
Must be placed in Abu Dhabi & can join immediately
