Monitor and record daily employee attendance using biometric/manual systems
Prepare and submit accurate attendance reports for payroll processing
Collect, verify, and organize employee timesheets from all departments
Coordinate with project/site managers for timesheet approvals
Support disciplinary processes by issuing warning letters and maintaining documentation
Ensure disciplinary procedures comply with UAE Labor Law
Assist in recruitment activities, including CV screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies and HR procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of attendance and timesheet systems
Familiarity with disciplinary and recruitment processes
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
