Maintain and update employee files and records, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Process employment visas, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with the PRO (Public Relations Officer).
Recruitment Support
Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and screening applicants.
Prepare employment offers and contracts in line with UAE labor regulations.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit formalities.
Compliance and Documentation
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate with government entities for tasks related to labor contracts, medical insurance, and Emirates ID processing.
Training and Development
Support in organizing employee training sessions and maintaining training records.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in an HR or payroll role, preferably in the UAE.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
for payroll and data management.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Arabic
(required).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
