We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to join our team at a fast-growing Smart Motor Auto Repair company in Abu Dhabi.

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, make informed decisions, and manage HR tasks across recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding. Draft and implement company policies and HR procedures. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. Resolve employee issues and maintain a healthy work environment. Manage employee records and update HR database. Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs. Oversee performance reviews and assist in performance improvement planning. Assist in payroll and attendance monitoring when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. At least 3 years of HR experience (automotive or service industry preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in MS Office and HR software. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
