The Role

• Formatting of CVs to present client to best advantage. . Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients via telephone calls and emails . Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries . Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets . Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close client's requirements. . Challenge any objections with a view to getting the candidate to avail subscription . Identifying and approaching suitable candidates using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy. . Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs. . Develop and implement strategies based on clients needs. . Receiving and reviewing applications, managing and scheduling interviews. . Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients . Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them. . Managing day-to-day activities of the team . Lead and motivate the team and mange performance. . Coach team members and develop team strength and weakness. . Conduct the initial screening to determine suitability and interest of candidates . Communicating efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner. . Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates registered. . Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements.
