Role Description: The HR Business Partner will provide both operational and strategic HR support to the line managers and the employees within their own accounts within the assigned region. The HR Business Partner will need to be proactive, able to complete a wide variety of tasks and be passionate about adding value to the business partners. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Provide strategic and operational guidance to regional leadership on all People-related topics, including coaching and advising managers on HR matters such as recruitment, learning and development (L&D), and compensation and benefits. Own the execution of the People (HR) strategy, translating global HR initiatives to fit local needs and creating action plans to address business needs. Act as a true business partner by engaging in proactive, strategic thinking to address complex business issues, translating them into implementable solutions. Oversee all aspects of disciplinary and compliance issues, such as work permits, investigations, and contract terminations, ensuring proactive measures minimize issues. Develop and execute training and development programs to support business needs and empower management, while working on identifying and addressing people issues and trends within the business. Ensure local legal compliance by staying updated on legislation, advising management on necessary changes, and working with the HR Services Team to manage compensation and benefits accurately. Collaborate with HR colleagues and the HR Manager to contribute to HR projects, maintain data-driven practices, and support HR Generalists in executing the regional HR strategy effectively. Qualifications & Skills:
Able to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organization;
Previous experience in a commercial, international environment;
Proactive, data-driven, takes initiative, able to multitask and prioritize without close supervision;
Flexible and able to cope well with change;
Fluent in English;
6+ years of experience within HR, their experience should include 4+ years of HR Advisory or business partnering
